The procedure, designed to control the distribution of granular materials - iron ore and fuel - on an agglomeration belt (2) consists of delivering the granular materials (1) via a hopper (3) and distribution roller (4) onto an inclined support (P1) where is it subject to a fluid (6) such as air under pressure in an operation called blowing. The blowing parameters are regulated to separate the granules by weight so that the heavier ones are closest to the support, and lighter ones are separated by successive inclined supports (P2, P3, P4) so they reach the belt in one layer (5) with the heaviest granules at the bottom and the lightest on top. The separation of the granules in the flow is assisted by dividers (13, 14, 15) at the upper ends of the inclined supports, which are set at angles (AP1, AP2, AP3, AP4) of between 20 and 85 degrees to the horizontal.
