The container (1); is transparent; contains aqueous medium with sugars/salts; and having a fixing element is attached to the pouch of a support. The distributor (9) supplies the medium to the level of the mouth and/or covering layer of the human body. The device further comprises a fixing/maintaining agent to maintain the position of the distributor in the vicinity of the mouth and/or hydration layer. The regulator allows drop-by-drop flow. The distributor: is placed at the end of conduit, having adjacent and distant parts and adapted for placing the free end along a gingival/flange wall; is partially extended beyond the teeth; and associated with mask having a filter element to allow the passage of air and to cover the mouth. The distributor comprises a system to humidify the filter element. The hydration layer comprises fabric/mattress/linen/porous layers are contacted with the skin, which is associated to an agent to limit the movement of the layer.
