The vacuum devices are designed for the collection and separation, in the form of condensate, of aerosols from open or closed spaces and can be applied wherein useful or harmful aerosols are formed. The dry air treated is sucked away across contour (A) and is compressed to barometric pressure. The aerosol-saturated surrounding air is taken in across contour (B) and is shifted across turbulators (12B and 12) for separate formation of two falling vortical dispersing layers - inner and outer vortex - in zones (C1-C3), and (C2-C3), respectively. Power contact is established between the two vortices by positioning the falling of the inner vortex in the low pressure (core) zone of the outer vortex (C3-C4) by means of the lower end of tube (10). A new vortical dispersion layer and centrifugal separation (C4-C5) in separator (13) is formed. A means is also envisaged for the materialization of the rapid entry of operating regime in the start up - intake valve "M". Several embodiments of a vacuum-vortical device are developed.
