The cybernetic system comprises a supporting it pillar (4) on which remote sensors (6) are mounted measuring any deviations from, the predetermined position of blades (1) and at least one vertical stand (8), fixed to gondola (9) and a checking unit (11); an adjustment circuit (12) which takes up the signals from the remote sensors (6); at least two sensors (13) for axial shifting; preset position of turbine shaft (2); at least one counter (14) of the half-turns of each blade (1); at least one device (15) for recording turbulence caused during the operation of each turbine. Device (15) also records the speed of the wind getting across the turbine, due to which unit (20) also calculates the wind speed deficit after each turbine, comparing the speed measured by device (15) and that of the undisturbed wind, recorded by instrument (16). According to the control method the angles of attack by the turbine blades are adjusted in accordance with their mechanical loading and the degree of reduction of the wind speed and of turbulence behind each operating turbine in the direction of the wind in order to be able to maintain optimally the rendered power of the wind park as a whole.
