The attachment is used by people walking domestic dogs in streets, in parks and gardens. It comprises a body-base (1) with a cylindrical aperture opposite to which a cylindrical ring (2) is fixed having an edge. To ring (2), a washer (3) is fixed, in the form of a permanent magnet, having two fixing pins (4) entering fixing apertures of the steel washer (5), fitting the washer (5) without sliding. Steel washer (5) is fixed to the hole of the capture-bag (6), having the shape of articulation.
