COMPOUNDS, METHODS FOR PREPARATION OF A COMPOUND, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION, METHOD FOR CONNECTION TO THE UROTENSIN II RECEIVER, METHOD FOR CONNECTION TO THE SOMATOSTATIN RECEPTOR MUSTATUS AND TREDOMA TREDUC MATERIAL CHART SPEED CHANGE METHOD IN A MAMMER AND CHANGE LOCOMOTIVE ACTIVITY METHOD. The present invention provides a combinatorial approach to a library of novel compounds having four points of diversity. The compounds enable the mapping of urotensin II and somatostatin 5 receptors by differential binding of said receptors. The present invention also relates to a method of treating diseases for which urotensin II receptor modulation produces a physiologically beneficial response in said disease, such as those associated with CNS function and cardiovascular disease. The present invention also further relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising such agents for treating such diseases adapted to modulate the urothensin II receptor.
