"METHODS OF USING ADIPOSE FABRIC DERIVED CELLS FOR INCREASING AUTOMATIC FAT TRANSFER". Methods of treating patients for conditions such as breast enlargement, soft tissue defects and urinary incontinence are described. Methods include removing a patient's adipose tissue, processing a portion of the adipose tissue to obtain a substantially isolated population of regenerative cells, mixing the regenerative cells with another portion of adipose tissue to form a composition, and administering the composition to the patient from which adipose tissue has been removed.
