A Maritime Shelf of a Helmet is provided, which includes a Plurality of bows, each having a Flat Bottom Keel. A Seal is connected to the AFT transverse Bow using a surface inclined lift and a pair of External seals to form an Air Chamber.Pressurized Air is forced into the Air Chamber to form a pressurized Air Cushion below the platform. The respective water flow channels arranged between each pair of the Plurality of the bows diminish the Wave Energy during operation.According to the platform through the water, the platform utilizes a combination of Buoyancy and Hydrodynamics for the reduced Air Resistance and drag.
