摘要

The wiring provides compensation of the watt and blind component of the failure current in the point of ground fault. Under failure free network condition it enables equalization of phase voltages against the ground potential. The principal idea is based on connecting a variable phase earth reactance (1) of inductive character between each network phase and the point of ground potential. The system does not require an artificial neutral and is suitable even for the transformation of insulated neutral networks into compensated ones.
