In the present invention, there is disclosed a salt of phosphoric acid with 5-[4-[2-(N-methyl-N-(2-pyridyl)amino)ethoxy]benzyl]thiazolidine-2,4-dione of the general formula III inclusive of tautomers and solvates thereof, in crystalline form, too, further a process for preparing such a salt and well as the use thereof in the treatment of hyperglycemia.
