In the present invention, there is disclosed a planter being provided with a rotary half-round blade being controlled by a pressure and vibration forces causing digging thereof into soil, wherein the planter comprises a rotary half-round blade (1) having its one end rotatably coupled via a lever mechanism (5) with a first linear hydraulic motor (4), and having its other end rotatably fastened on a spinal beam (3) of the planter. The hollow spinal beam (3) opposite end is fixedly stuck into the planter housing (2) the cavity of which forms a hydraulic liquid tank (21) On the planter housing (2) upper side, there is swingably mounted the first linear hydraulic motor (4) that is coupled through the mediation of said lever mechanism (5) with a first shaft (55). A vibrator (6) being driven by a rotary hydraulic motor (61) is attached by means of a wedge to said first shaft (55) from one side thereof while the other side of the shaft (55) is coupled with said rotary half-round blade (1). In operating position, said planter housing (2) is suspended on three-point linkage of a carrier being provided with an auxiliary drive. The carrier may be for example represented by a tractor, whereby the planter is also provided with an independent hydraulic circuit.
