In the present invention, there is described hydrochloride or fumarate of 1-{2-[(2R)- (3,4-dichlorophenyl)-4- (3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoyl) morpholin-2-yl]ethyl} spiro[benzo(c)thiophene-1(3H),4'-piperidine] (2S)-oxide. There is further described a pharmaceutical composition containing such hydrochloride or fumarate as active component that is useful for prophylaxis or treatment of tachykinin-mediated diseases, further for inhibiting an NKi1 receptor and/or an NKi2 receptor and for prophylaxis or treatment of asthma and/or bronchitis, rhinitis, allergy and urinary incontinence.
