COMPUTER-BASED METHOD FOR FORMING GRAPHIC DISPLAY OF CHEMICAL-ENGINEERING PROCESS SCHEME

Computer-based method of forming graphic schematic display for chemical-engineering process is realized using a library of standard block models, the blocks comprise a plurality of elements selected from a group consisting of a character string, a whole or broken number, a logical value, parameters, variables, lists, external files, unified information resource locator. A programming means is used for manipulating images of standard blocks and forming a graphic display of the scheme. According to invention at least three geometric figures selected from a circle, a triangle and a rectangle and differ by dimension, color and relative position are further used as the standard block models and communication lines as length lines of different thickness. The programming means further comprises a co-ordinate dimensioning in plane, a succession of forming graphic display of the chemical-engineering process scheme, including succession of location, position and orientation, and also communication between the standard block models in the co-ordinates in plane. A means is used for modification the standard block models from the original stored in the library as a means for processing said standard block models. The standard block models are arranged in the co-ordinates in lines of target product(s), by product(s) and auxiliary reagents and further connected by additional thin communication lines.
