The present invention relates to new emulsions that contain oil bodies. The invention also relates to new methods for producing preparations containing oil bodies and active ingredients, where the active ingredients are distributed in the oil body. The method is particularly useful for producing emulsions with both hydrophobic and amphipathic biologically active ingredients.
