The invention relates to a system (computer, client, computer servers and Internet-connected telecommunication data) undertaking the distribution of data to the Internet users, which system is characterised by distribution of data differentiated in relationship to the geographic origin of the users and upon co-operation of the Internet sites with the Internet service provider of the user. The system allows the application of a new operational practice for data distribution and advertising in the Internet. According to the invention, the advertising is incorporated to the data at the distribution point (Internet service provider) in contrast to the so far applied operational practices where advertising and data are incorporated at the source (Internet site).
