a. collecting seaweeds, b. washing seaweeds with seawater, c. grinding the seaweeds with double distilled water to make thick paste, d. lypholizating the seaweed paste to get lyophilized seaweeds, e. adding protosubtiline enzyme to the lyophilized seaweeds in water and allowed to ferment at a temperature around 40° C for about 2 hrs, f. adding hydrochloric acid to the fermented mixture obtained in step (e) and digesting the material at temperature around 100° C for about 20 hrs, g. cooling the above mixture to room temperature and adjusting pH around 6 by adding alkali hydroxide, h. allowing the resultant obtained in step (g) for around 10 days in a separating flask and separating the middle part of the solution after formation of different layers.
