This invention relates to a cement based aesthetic building brick utilizing marble dust comprises marble dust and ordinary Portland cement. Further, the invention is related to the process for preparation of which comprises mixing of marble dust and ordinary Portland cement in a blender followed by addition of water to obtain a semi dry mix followed by moulding and curing. Still further, the invention is related to a fly ash based aesthetic building brick utilizing marble dust comprises marble dust, fly ash, gypsum and lime. Yet further, the invention is related to a process for the preparation of a fly ash based aesthetic building brick utilizing marble dust comprises mixing of marble dust, flyash, gypsum and lime in a blender flowed by addition of water to obtain a semi dry mix followed by moulding curing..
