The invention refers to biotechnology, namely to a strain of basidiomycetes and may be applied in the food industry.It is proposed the strain of basidiomycetes Pleurotus ostreatus (Jacq.: Fr) Kumm. CNMB-FB-04 - producer of carpophores with high nutritive value, deposited in the National Collection of Nonpathogenic Microorganisms of the Republic of Moldova.The result consists in obtaining a high crop of carpophores with high nutritive value.
