A standard is offered in the event market covering ticket selling organisations and event locations for the distribution of digital tickets or digital access permits. Chip carriers are involved with the most used technology in the country in question. An 'open system' is developed which each organisation and location can install. The system (1) has a technical basis in respect of the software application and the coupled infrastructure with access systems and readers. It has a commercial basis (2), whereby the method of introduction is determined for the success of the system. The commercial basis covers several procedures, processes and models with regard to licence granting in the realms of market research, sales, marketing and services. The coupling of the data bases is of great importance for the good function of the system. The coupling (3) of the data base of the licence granter/licensee occurs with the black strip data base. Digital access permits can be copied on the codes of other cards or card holders.
