Compositions comprising a photosensitizer and skin penetration enhancer and their use in photodynamic treatment for alopecia cancer acne psoriasis dermatitis ablation and promoting hair growth

A composition comprising a BPD or green porphyrin photosensitiser and at least one skin-penetration enhancer can be used in the manufacture of a medicament for the photodynamic treatment of androgenetic alopecia, alopecia areata, skin cancers, acne, psoriasis atopic, dermatitis, endometrial ablation or for promoting hair growth. Preferably the skin penetration enhancer is a glycol esters, glycol ethers or a mixtures thereof.
