Disclosed is a compound of formula I and a process of preparation of said compound wherein: X is selected from the list consisting of CH2, a hetero atom and NRa, where Ra is H or a protecting group. Y and Z are one or more substitutent linked to any available carbon atom independently selected from a list as defined. R1 is selected from a list consisting of an optionally substituted alkyl, alkyloxycarbonyl and a substituent of formula II wherein the variables of formula II are defined. The compound of formula I is used in the preparation of a pharmaceutical which has anti-inflammatory effects, especially the inhibition of tumour necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-alpha) and interleukin-1 (IL-1) production.
