Refers to a precursor of water in oil type emulsion Explosive consisting of 75% to 85% of an aqueous solution of inorganic Salts and Oxidant Ammonium Nitrate as dispersed phase.Impurities are removed from the aqueous solution previously through a filter press Filter Cloth using 1 to 5 microns with presence of filter aid of 1 to 10 microns and a subsequent Modification of the PH in a range of 1 to 4. The precursor has a continuous Phase formed oil or diesel fuel 2 and an Emulsifier or Mixture with a co Emulsifier.Describes an emulsion Matrix consisting of 90% to 92% by weight of the precursor, and 8 to 10% of liquid Hydrocarbon such as paraffin oil or diesel oil 2 are applied separately or simultaneously to obtain an emulsion final viscosity among 18 000 and 30 000 Mpa * S.The Manufacturing process of the emulsion comprises: (a) preparing the aqueous solution in a First oxidizing Tank and then pumped through a filter pressIn a Second Tank, and modify the pH; (b) preparing the components mixture Fuels of the continuous phase in another Vessel; (c) to incorporate in a Tank of fuel heating and agitation phase and then add slowly oxidizing Solution, filtered, and a Pre emulsion; (d) to refine the pre emulsion in a Colloid Mill; and,(e) mixed with glass beads or ANFO Ammonium Nitrate Porous or for use as a blasting Agent
