The process comprises: (a) subjecting the effluent to a pre treatment such as precipitation by increasing pH or solvent extraction by Emulsified Membranes to reduce load of metals to concentrations that may be treated by biosorption System; and (b) Submit e Liquid (L) treated in a second step of continuous removal of metals by biosorption.The Ground floor includes: (i) a system of pre - treatment; (ii) an entry for the admission of the Industrial Waste liquid or Mine drainage and income (i); (iii) a system of biosorption; (iv) a Conduit to Carry Water from (iii); (V) a pipe to carry the solution Desorption of (iv) to enter Provides for the admission of The residue or drainage and income (i); (VI) a conduit for Water DischargeTreated by (iii); (vii) a group of bioreactors, the filling material can be colonized with a Biofilm formed by a mixture of microorganisms or microbial Culture capable of joining Metals by biosorption; (viii) a Pond connected to standardize acid bioreactor; and, (IX) a Pond of homogenization of Base connected to the bioreactor.The Acid is added as Desorption Agent, Can NEUTRALIZE acid and Alkaline Solution remaining after Desorption. The microbial culture is selected bacteria genera Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Klebsiella and Enterobacter. The bioreactor is an Aerated column fixed bed, Fluidized Bed Reactor or Trickling Filter
