It refers to a light human immunoglobulin chain, including (I) determining the complementary region of variable region according to the variable region sequence of immunoglobulin light chain 15c11 (as shown in SEQ ID No.2). The variable framework region of Y (II) human receptor light immunoglobulin chain, which can be selected to have at least one framework residue, is replaced by amino acids corresponding to the variable region sequence of mouse 15c11 light chain,Framework residues were selected from the following groups: (a) residues added directly to antiques in a non covalent manner; (b) residues adjacent to CDR; (c) residues interacting with CDR; and (d) residues participating in the vl-vh interface. These new immune molecules recognize and describe the monoclonal antibodies, such as 15c11 and 9G8, which have a special relationship with the cucumber of β - amoeba, and can be used for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease and other amiloric diseases.
