A first piece has a rectangular parallelepiped shape having two symmetric orifices at its center and two quadrangular scribings. A second piece is a hollow cylinder having a fixed weight in its interior to form a body for positioning a plummet. A third piece has transparent quadrangular plates built along a symmetrical line based on a reference point, and is fixed to the scribings to show angular measures and inclination. The angular measures shown is from 0 to 90[deg]. The inclination is shown in six different positions. A cylindrical shaft and two small cylindrical bolts are used for adjustable connection with the orifices of the first piece to enable movement of the first piece without balancing.
