The invention relates to a heat insulating, waterproofed and sound absorbing unitary panel for roof coverings manufactured by injecting a polyurethane foam layer (1) having a thickness determined by the heat transfer requirement, a surface made of hydroinsulating material (2), which may be asphalt board or hydroinsulating membrane, which may be subjected to a cold or hot application, with or without condensate water barrier, forming therewith a unitary panel. According to the invention, a roof covering for concrete platforms is manufactured by means of the panel obtained thereby, by means of a process comprising a plurality of operation stages, consisting in sticking the unitary panels on the concrete surface with a sticking solution which may be molten asphalt, silicone putties or polyurethane-containing solution taking into account that the unitary panels have a specific disposition of the unitary polyurethane foams panels for covering the roof surface.
