Huge and up to now unsolved problem exists with identification of reliable molecular biomarkers by means of which detection of microinvasion or micrometastacity in breast cancer. Therewith for prognostication of clinical predispositions with these patients, i.e. selective differentiation of subgroups with high risk than subgroups of low risk, for further progression of illness and quickened mortality.
