A pharmaceutical preparation consisting of (a) a core containing an active substance, optionally a carrier and conventional pharmaceutical additives as well as the salt of an organic acid the proportion of which makes up 2.5 to 97.5 % of the weight of the core, and (b) an outer coating film which consists of one or more (meth)acrylate copolymers, optionally conventional pharmaceutical excipients.
