TECHNIQUE FOR SEWING PERFORATING PYLORODUODENAL ULCERS COMPLICATED WITH GENERALIZED PERITONITIS

The technique for sewing the perforating pyloroduodenal ulcers complicated with generalized peritonitis comprises inserting the trocars and the manipulators into peritoneal cavity, displacing the perforation site to the visual field, sewing the perforating hole, strengthening the suture line with the omentum, sanitizing and draining peritoneal cavity. For displacing the pyloroduodenal area with the ulcer opening to the visual field and providing the conditions for its successful sewing, the traction of the stomach is performed, namely its pyloric part pulling at its greater curvature by the clamp inserted through the trocar in the right ileal area. Through this trocar, at the end of the surgery the cavity of the small pelvis is drained.
