Method for mineral development includes installation of fixation frames in development working in the process its penetration, with tightening the contour of the roof with lapping in the gaps between the fixation frames along the development working with tightening its sides, installation of anchors between the fixation frames in the process of penetration of the development working, with dismantling the fixation frames. At that, in the development working, in the process of penetration, at the section of work of the loading machine one performs installation of the frames of temporary fixation with simultaneous tightening of the contour of the ceiling and the sides of the development workingwith metal sheets with lapping in sequence in frames of temporary fixation with placing the lapping between the fixation frames.
