A method for producing fertilizing agent based on strain of phosphate-mobilizing bacteria of Enterobacter nimipressuralis 32-3 involves growing the mother culture strain of phosphate-mobilizing bacteria of Enterobacter nimipressuralis 32-3, preparation of nutrient medium for production of bacteria culture, sterilization thereof, verification of presence of foreign microflora, neutralization, inoculation of production nutrient medium in the fermenter with mother culture of strain of phosphate-mobilizing bacteria of Enterobacter nimipressuralis 32-3 at an amount of 3-8 % of total volume of production nutrient medium and growing the production culture during two-three days at 200-220 rotations per minute and temperature of 27-30 DEGREE C in titre of 8-22 mlrd cells in 1 milliliter .
