The improved process for treating the arrosive bleedings in the setting of thrombophlebitis and/or thromboembolism of pulmonary artery has been proposed. The process provides for the active surgical strategy combining with the adequate anticoagulant therapy. According to the utility model, the prevention of the thrombotic complications provides for the therapeutic doses of anticoagulants while the bleedings are arrested surgically.
