METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIAL THERAPEUTIC CORRECTION OF STRESS ADAPTATIONAL REACTION DUE TO PSYCHOEMOTIONAL STRAIN

The method for differential therapeutic correction of stress adaptational reaction due to the psychoemotional strain comprises the preliminary assay of the psychoemotional state employing short-term cardiomonitoring. The standard deviation and the mean of 5-min standard deviations are assessed throughout the normal cardiointervals of the whole record. Then the individual psychoemotional state is assessed by Avdonina's scale calculating adaptation index. The pharmacological stress protectors are prescribed at the dose corresponding to the risk degree (extensive strain or overstrain) for the development of the dysadaptation syndrome. The assessments of the individual psychoemotional state and the corresponding ranges of adaptation index are compared as follows: - the psychoemotional state of the extensive strain is suggested when adaptation index value is more than 25% but does not exceed 45%; - the psychoemotional state of the overstrain is suggested when adaptation index value exceeds 45%.
