METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF COMBINED ULCERS OF STOMACH AND DUODENUM

The method for the surgical treatment of the combined ulcers of the stomach and the duodenum provides for pyloro-sparing resection of the stomach and the resection of the duodenal ulcer. The ulcer and the cicatrical area of the anterior wall of the duodenal ampulla down to the mucosal-submucosal layer. The ulcerous cicatrix in the mucosal-submucosal layer is dissected. At the site of the dissection of the ulcerous cicatrix, the twisted suture of Vicril is applied, and the duplicature of the mucosal-submucosal layer facing the lumen of the duodenum is generated.
