A method the preparation of ordinary dessert sweet white wine provides processing grapes with the crests separation, infusion of the must with pulp with periodic mixing and simultaneous sulfitation with sulfurous anhydride, separation of self-glowing must, pressing must, fermentation of the must on pure yeast culture with subsequent alcoholization thereof, removing clarified wine materials of the yeast sediment, blending wine materials, after-treatment thereof and bottling prepared products. As raw material used are wine materials made of vine brands grown in the bay of river Uskut in outskirts of the village Privitne of Alushta vine zone of the Crimean peninsula, which reached technical maturity.
