TECHNIQUE FOR REPLACING LARGE DEFECT OF PROXIMAL DIVISION OF TIBIA AFTER TUMOR RESECTION

The technique for replacing the large defect of proximal division of tibia after resection of the tumor comprises the resection of the tumor, the electrocoagulation of the cavity, and the replacement of the defect with the grafts. Metal-acryloxyde prosthesis is used with the support metal constructions arranged in a fan-like mode. The prosthesis is attached to the tibia by the metal screws.
