METHOD FOR PREVENTING OBSTETRICAL COMPLICATION IN PREGNANT WOMEN WITH REPLICATION OF HEPATITIS VIRUS B DETECTED FOR THE FIRST TIME

The method for preventing obstetrical complication in pregnant women with replication of hepatitis virus B detected for the first time comprises the use of Proteflasid in the course of gestation. The preparation is prescribed starting from the first day when the acute viral hepatitis B was diagnosed, first at a dose of 5 drops thrice a day for three days and later û 10 drops thrice a day, until the whole flask of the drug (30 mL) is used (in the case when the replication of hepatitis virus B was detected until Week 32 of gestation). The second flask is prescribed starting from Week 36 of gestation û 10 drops thrice a day. When the acute hepatitis B is diagnosed after Week 32 of gestation, the drug is prescribed at a dose of 5 drops thrice a day for three days and later û 10 drops thrice a day.
