METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF HEMATOMETRA, SMALL HEMATOSALPINX, AND HEMATOCOLPOS OF TWO UPPER THIRDS OF VAGINA IN CASE OF APLASIA OF ITS LOWER THIRD

The method for the surgical treatment of hematometra, small hematosalpinx, and hematocolpos of two upper thirds of the vagina in the case of aplasia of its lower third comprises the evacuation of the content of hematometra, small hematosalpinx, or hematocolpos upon dissecting the upper third of the vagina through the canal generated between the urinary bladder and the rectum. Then the tissues of vagina are partially separated, descended, and fixed by the separate interrupted sutures to its vestibule. Such a technique promotes the optimal healing and the physiologic functioning of the vaginal tissues preventing the recurrent pathological process.
