The method for preventing and treating the postoperative disorders of the digestive system in the patients operated due to tuberculosis of lungs and pleura provides for the use of antibiotics and antimycobacterial drug. Starting from the first hours postoperatively, Contrical is infused dropwise intravenously at a dose of 10 000 ATrU in 300 mL of the isotonic sodium chloride solution. The drug is infused daily for 5-10 days.
