The method for treating the critical ischemia of the lower limbs using the deep femoral artery comprises the restoration of the adequate blood flow in the system of the deep femoral artery and the reconstructive surgery of the affected region with the reversed autologous vein followed by the implantation of the perforant branches of the deep femoral artery into the reversed autologous vein.
