METHOD FOR PREDICTING EFFICACY OF PATHOGENETIC THERAPY IN RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

The method for predicting the efficacy of the pathogenetic therapy in rheumatoid arthritis is based on the assessment of the dynamics of TNF alpha content in blood serum. The decrease in TNF alpha content within 20 days starting from the beginning of the treatment by no less than 20% suggest the positive forecast. In the absence of the above decrease in TNF alpha content, the therapeutic scheme needs to be corrected.
