A method for selecting the indications for the direct revascularization in the distal lesion of the arteries in the lower limb comprises the intra-arterial administration of the stain. The solution of indigo carmine is used that is administered intraoperatively. When the urine becomes blue in 20-30 minutes, the indirect revascularization is indicated, otherwise the direct revascularization is performed.
