The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular to ferroalloys intended for a complex steel deoxidizing in production thereof and sealing ingots of unkilled steel. An alloy for a complex steel deoxidizing and sealing ingots of unkilled steel contains aluminium, silicon, copper, carbon, iron and in addition it contains manganese at the following ratio of components, % by weight: aluminium 30.0 - 75,0; silicon 5.0 - 20.0; manganese 5.0 - 20.0; copper no more than 2.5; carbon no more than 2.0; iron is the rest. Use of the invention allows to increase steel quality and reduce economic expenses.
