The inventive combined pharmaceutical composition for parenteral administration contains (in mass %): Sulfametoxazol (7.60-8.40), Trimetoprim (1.52-1.68), sodium hydroxide (1.23-1.36), propylene glycol (40.50-49.50), sodium metabisulfite (0.09-0.11), disodium edetate (0.09-0.11), sorbitol (2.70-3.30), and the water for injections (the rest).
