FLOATATION PROCESS OF COPPER AND PRECIOUS METALS FROM COPPER SMELTER SLAG

The floatation process of copper and precious metals from copper smelter slag with additional floatation of useful components from the hydrocyclon sand, and along with application of reagents that besides the property of being a collector receives even inhibition property according to the corrosion, in a considerable degree, increases utilization of useful components and reduces the costs, i.e. increases cost-effectiveness of processing of the copper slag. Application of the device for floatation in dens and viscous pulps (patent 46869), on the hydrocyclon sand, enables separation of released and for the floatation process enough reduced particles, that due to technological shortcoming of hydraulic classifier, are distributed in the hydrocyclon sand. During floatation of useful components from the hydrocyclon sand, the appropriate technical and technological regime of work of the device, during floatation up to 2 minutes, it is possible to increse results from the floatattion in all useful components, than the achieved ones in the base technological floatation line of hydrocyclon overflow. Sigificant steel consumption, particularly in the part of wet grinding part process, caused by chemical processes of corrosion. Moreover, it is known that the oxidizing processes in pulp have negative effects to the efficiency of the process of floatation results. Applicaton of reagents, that includes inhibition property according to the corrosion, Z-96, producer "Zupa" Krusevac in the grinding process of copper smelter slag, reduces consumption of grinding media by 15 up to 20 %, and in the floatation process of concentracion increased utilization of copper by 8 up to 10 %.;Postupak flotacije koncentracije bakra i plemenitih metala iz topionike ljake, uz dodatno flotiranje korisnih komponenti iz peska hidrociklona i uz primenu reagensa koji pored kolektorskog poseduje i inhibitorsko svojstvo prema koroziji, u znatnoj meri, poveava iskorienje korisnih komponenti i smanjuje trokove, odnosno poveana ekonominost prerade topionike ljake. Primena uredjaja za flotaciju u gustim i viskoznim pulpama (patent 46869), na pesku hidrociklona omoguava izdvajanje oslobodjenih i za proces flotiranja dovoljno usitnjenih estica, koje su zahvaljujui tehnolokom nedostatku hidraulinog klasifikatora, distribuirane u pesku hidrociklona. Pri flotaciji korisnih komponenti iz peska hidrociklona, odgovarajui tehniki i tehnoloki reim rada uredjaja, za vreme flotiranja do 2 minute, mogue je ostvariti vei efekat flotiranja svih korisnih komponenti, nego to se isti postie na osnovnoj tehnolokoj liniji flotacije preliva hidrociklona. Znaajan deo potronje elika, posebno u procesu mokrog mlevenja prouzrokovan je hemijskim procesima korozije. Takoje je poznato da oksidacioni procesi u pulpi, negativno utiu na efikasnost procesa flotacijske koncentracije. Primena reagensa, koji poseduje inhibitorsko svojstvo prema koroziji, -96, proizvodjaa HI "upa" Kruevac u procesu mlevenja topionike ljake, smanjuje potronju meljuih tela za 15-20%, a u procesu flotacijske koncentracije poveano iskorienje bakra za 8-10%.[The floatation process of copper and precious metals from copper smelter slag with additional floatation of useful components from the hydrocyclon sand, and along with application of reagents that besides the property of being a collector receives even inhibition property according to the corrosion, in a considerable degree, increases utilization of useful components and reduces the costs, i.e. increases cost-effectiveness of processing of the copper slag.
