AbstractThe invention relates to a method for the series production of identification pages for bound documents, in particular for passports and/or identity papers, comprising the steps of providing a printed web (5) of printed material comprising a plurality of printed units (5a), forming (1) slot-shaped through-holes (6) which run between the printed units (5a) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (7) of the web (5), arranging in layers (2) a first film-type web (10), the printed web (5) and a second film-type web (9), laminating (3) the webs (5; 9, 10) arranged in layers so as to form a composite, and dividing (4) the composite into individual composite units (11 - 14), such that each composite unit (11 - 14) has along at least one of its sides a strip (6a) which does not comprise any part of the printed web. Also disclosed is an identification page and a bound document comprising such an identification page.(Fig. 1)
