The present invention includes a method and a module system having lining elements for mounting in a sanitized wet cell (1) a water resistant insert or module (10) where said sanitized wet cell exposes at least one drainage pipe (2) wherein said insert or module (10) having pre-determined dimensions that are somewhat smaller than the corresponding inner dimensions (a;b) of the sanitized cell, can be assembled with the aid of a number of prefabricated parts or lining elements, such as a bottom portion (10a) and wall portion (10b,10c). According to the invention, one of said insert associated elements (10a) shall present a pipe section or the like (20) which is applied to and/or related to said element (10a) and that the pipe section (20) shall be orientated with respect to said element (10a) as a fixing point (F2) at a distance (c;d) from the edge portions of said element that is dependent on the inner dimensions (a;b) of the sanitized cell. The exposed drainage pipe (2) used as a fixing point is treated for effective co-action with the pipe section (20). Such co-action results in the element (10a) being orientated in the sanitized wet cell (1) such that the edge portions of said element will be spaced at a distance (e) from adjacent wall portions (1b, 1c) of the sanitized cell (1). Further insert associated parts or lining elements (10b, 10c) are co-ordinated with said insert associated element (10a) in a water resistant fashion such as to form said insert or module (10)
