The device has a fixed structure (1) installed in a practiced bucket (2) in a ground. Mailboxes (4) are provided in a cover (14), and remainders are introduced in containers (5) within a movable structure (3). Cables (9, 9') and slides (22, 22') are fixed to a superior frame (10) and an inferior frame (11) of the fixed structure. The cables are fixed between pulleys (8, 21) by weight of the movable structure in order to correct possible unevenness of an intermediate platform (6) caused by non-uniform distribution of weights of the containers on the platform.
