The post has a body (1) axially arranged in an elongated recess (3), which is formed in an outer conical component. A large end (5) of the conical component is provided with an engaging unit, which is arranged relative to an end of an implant head. An end part is provided with a pole area (6) whose diameter is larger than diameter of an outwardly convex outer surface (7). A circular seat portion (8) of a circular ring is arranged towards a free end (9) of the pole area, where the pole area is connected with a screw, which is placed on the seat section. The post is made of pure titanium, titanium alloy, ceramic material and tarpaulin.
