The system has pre-stressed concrete slabs formed with integral extensions in the form of perpendicular portions. The perpendicular portions are formed in equal sizes and in parallel to one another, supporting curved portions of a stern through each slab. The curved portions of the stern have projections having free ends facing two support sections. The central section of each slab defines a tapered section with straight end extension to ensure combination of two consecutive slabs. Retention material is used to cover curved portions of the stern and to forge and combine the slabs.
